Can 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 Yakima JetStream Roof Rack Hold a Roof Top Tent

I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with a Yakima roof rack, Jetstream crossbars. Are these strong enough to support a 160lbs roof top tent?

As long as the roof top tent manufacturer lists the tent as being compatible with a roof rack that has a weight rating of 165 lbs that clamps to the door jambs then yes, the Yakima JetStream System for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 (parts linked below) will work with your setup!

The reason I say to check with the instructions of the roof top tent manufacturer is because they all have slightly different requirements for fitment. For example, the Yakima roof top tents say not to use their tents on a system that clamps to the roof via door jambs, but I've seen other tents that say it's okay.
