Recommended Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Receiver For a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Short Bed Truck
Question:
What gooseneck do you recommend form my 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 short bed truck? It did not come with the factory prep system.

I recommend installing the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1020 on your 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 short bed. This hitch allows you to easily flip over the hitch ball when needed. When not needed you can flip it back over to maintain a flat truck bed. We do also offer a 4" Offset Gooseneck Ball # BWGNXA4085 to help you gain additional turning clearance if needed.
I recommend installing the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness # HM54FR when you install the gooseneck hitch. This will allow you to connect your trailer connector inside the bed rather than running the connecter over the tailgate and down to the bumper. This connector matches the hole already in your bed for the factory design.
Should you need to tow a 5th wheel one day you can simply drop in the B&W Companion Slider # BWRVK3400.
