Replacement Jaw Needed for Buyers Products 30 Ton Pintle Hook

I won't name names but Carl messed up and busted up the latch on the 337PH30 we bought from you guys. It's probably still functional but I'd feel much more comfortable if we can replace just that latch. What part do I need for this?
