Fifth Wheel Hitch for 2018 Ford F-150 5-1/2 ft Bed

Have 2018 f150 5.5 bed max tow max haul. and Cougar fifth wheel. What is best hitch option?

For that short of a truck bed there's only one sliding fifth wheel hitch that would provide enough clearance with the Demco Hijacker Autoslide part # DM8550040 which would require the install rails part # DM8552028-71 which is custom fit for your 2018 Ford F-150.
