Expert Reply:
When the Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN Trailer Brake Controller # TK63VR flashes the "Overload Condition" code on the display then that means you have a wiring problem on your brake circuit. This can be any of the grounds or the power wires for the brake controller or the brake assemblies themselves so you want to make sure the grounds are secured to a clean, bare-metal surface and that all of the wiring has clean connections and hasn't been damaged - this includes the wiring inside your vehicle and trailer 7-Way connectors as well.
