There isn't a guide to tell us the correct replacement steps for your Montana so we'll need to do a bit of measuring first to determine the correct replacements. For pull-out steps you'll need to measure the width of your current mounting brackets and the the entry height (ground up to the mounting brackets). The Alumi-Tread Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs # LC432698 you were looking at has a 28" wide x 16" tall x 12" deep mounting bracket dimensions and fits an entry height of 36-3/4" - 39-3/4".
If you want to switch to fold-down steps then you'll increase the entry height measurement to the top of the door threshold and and measure the width between the door flanges.
