There is a way to install the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 in your 1989 Chevy Truck but unfortunately there isn't a prewired option.
The first thing you will need is a 4-way if you do not have one already. For that I would recommend the 4-Pole Wiring Harness part # 18252. Now to convert the 4-way to a 7-way and install the # 90885 you will also need a Brake Controller Installation Kit part # ETBC7.
