Troubleshooting E3 Error Code on Furrion Thermostat

My thermostat is showing error cod E3 And none of the buttons work. How do you reset and get it to work?

Resetting the # FR33PR requires pulling the power from the thermostat. However, it is unlikely this will fix your error code. The E3 code means there is a loss of communication between the thermostat and control box # FACC12SA-BL.

Double check your wires and make sure they aren't damaged and have a good connection. This is typically the cause of the error. It is also recommended to make sure your A and B wires are in the correct ports. If the thermostat was just installed the wires might have been flipped.
