Is Curt MV Weight Distribution OK For 12k Dump Trailer

Hi. I am new to towing. I have a 2008 ford f-250 super duty 6.4 L diesel. The picture below shows my hitch. I am looking to tow a dump trailer that will way between 6000-12000 lbs depending how much i have loaded in it. Will this hitch fit my needs? Thanks you.
