How big of hole will I have to drill? Where do I drill at? Will I have to take the wheel off to get a regular drill in there?

According to the installation instructions, you will need to drill four holes per mud guard, using a 1/8 inch drill bit. If you do not have a right angle drill, you will most likely need to remove the rear wheels in order to get your drill into position. According to Husky Liners, the # HL57091 mud guards are a fit for 2005-2011 Dakota pick-ups that are NOT equipped with the factory fender flares.
