Wiring Parts to Add 7-Way and Brake Controller to 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage Series With OEM 4-Way
Question:
Hey guys, quick question, I have 2004 ford f150 heritage that has the 4 pin. I have a 2015 camper with electric brakes that has the 7 pin. Using this product will I be able to have electric brakes work with a brake controller??? or will just the brake lights and turning signals work only like the same as 4 pin??? Thanks.

To get a fully functioning 7-Way on your 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage you need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C55242 which plugs into factory plugs on your truck and comes with the fuses and relays needed to get everything up and running!
If you don't already have a brake controller then I highly recommend the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty because of how easy it is to use and that the control knob is a smaller button so you won't be taking up room in the cab of your truck. Here are the parts you'll need:
- Tow-Pro Liberty # RED24FR
- Wiring Harness # RED87FR
