Question:
Hi Guys Your video is excellent thanks heaps. Can you tell us, can this be fitted to a megacab 3500 Dually? Or do we need the sliding hitch for a megacab? Appreciate your help, thanks

Yes, the Curt Q24 Fifth Wheel Hitch part # C16245 that you referenced will work in your 2013 Ram 3500. You will first need a rail kit though.
For that you would want the Curt Fifth Wheel Rail Kit part # C16430-204. I confirmed the compatibility of these products on your vehicle with Curt as well.
