Finding replacement parts for your 2001 Northwoods Nash 25-5M will require additional information and measuring. I wish there was a way to find it with the year and model but it isn't that simple. You will need to measure your leaf springs and other components to find the correct replacement.
I have attached two helpful articles below for your reference. One shows you how to measure your leaf springs and the other covers the measurements for all other suspension parts. You will also need to know your axle capacity to find the correct leaf springs. This should be listed on the axle tag. If not, you can measure the diameter or find the bearing combination to find out what you have.
For example, if you have a 3,500 lb axle and a 25-1/8" long leaf spring you could use the # e54SR as a replacement. It is also important to note that the leaf count isn't that important. If you had a 3-leaf or 5-leaf spring now you could still use the 4-leaf as long as the capacity matches.
In addition to the help articles I attached a link to all of our trailer suspension components which can be filtered by type for your reference.
