Will the Thule OutWay fit a 2013 beetle with spoiler?

After reviewing some pictures of the 2013 Volkswagen Beetle with rear spoiler I am not optimistic that the Thule OutWay # TH45JV will fit. For a model with a spoiler you are going to want the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top rack, # HRF2. Its upper arm piece is designed to essentially bypass the spoiler. Hollywood Racks does indicate it as a fit for models with the spoiler.
