How to Uninstall/Reinstall the Replacement Tail Panel Assembly for an Extang Solid Fold 2.0
Question:
My rear panel of my solid fold cover became separated from the middle panel. I removed one of the hinge caps and slid the rear panel back into the round channel thinking I was reconnecting the panel. But now, the rear panel will not fully fold back. What am I doing wrong?

I'm not quite sure what's happening but I can tell you for sure how to install the Replacement Tail Panel Assembly for Extang Solid Fold 2.0 Hard Tonneau Cover # EX83475-62 according to Extang.
You're on track to start by removing the end caps on one side and sliding the old panel out. To replace it you'll just need to rotate the panel about 45° and slide it back into the place of the old panel. Finish by replacing the T20 Torx screws and endcaps.
If you're still having trouble I'd suggest checking out the channel on the panel to make sure it's not damaged.
