Can Thinner Trailer Grease Seal be Used
Question:
Hello, I am looking for a trailer axle grease seal for my boat trailer. Currently the one on my hub reads ID 2.125 x OD 3.371 x Width .500 and I am unable to find a seal that is the correct OD/ID and .5 thick. Can I use a thinner seal? Or where could I find one that is .5 thick? I dont want to risk having any issues. Thank you.

You can use a thinner grease seal; for your application use the 0.31" thick Grease Seal - Double Lip - 2.125" ID - 3.376" OD # GS-2125DL.
