Will The Spacer Kit # RP61301 Allow For Reese Goosebox 94720 To Fit Lippert 1116 Pin Box?

Hello will a gen 2 Reese goosebox 20k 94720 fit on a lippert 1116 pin box with the Reese 61301 spacer kit? I’ve a seen that the new gen 3 20k goose boxes will but nothing on the gen 2’s. Thx
