Torflex Lift Kit For Airstream Trailer With Side Mount 5,000 lb Dexter Torflex #11 Axles

Question:

Looking to lift my 2017 Airstream, 30’ Classic. Having trouble figuring out which kit to use - Tandem Dexter 5,000 Lbs side mounted axles. Kit K-71-707-02 does not fit the side mount holes don’t line up. Do I have a #11 axle, which kit should I use? Included axle tag and mount pictures below. Many thanks in advance.
