Yes you can replace your Furrion Chill RV AC FAC1511MA-W with an air conditioner with a heat pump. I recommend checking out the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip # ACM135CH.
This unit has a 13.5K Btu cooling capacity, includes a start capacitor, an air distribution box and a heat strip. This unit is a bit smaller at 13.5K Btu, however if you wanted to stick with the larger size you can use # ACM150CH instead.
