Replacement Trailer Tires For 165/65R15 Tires

Question:

I have a 8×16 tandem trailer that has 165/65r15 tires. I am wanting to replace with a trailer tire. I will use trailer to haul my 2638 mahindra tractor with front loader and bush hog. need recommendations please

Your 165/65R15 tires are 23.4" in diameter and 6.5" wide, and the closest 15" tire we offer is a ST205/75R15 tire which is 27.3" in diameter and 8.1" wide:

This will add 2" of height above the tire and the tire will be about 3/4" closer to the frame, so keep that in mind to make sure you have enough clearance. The tire also fits 15" x 5", 15" x 5-1/2", 15" x 6", and 15" x 6-1/2" rims so you'll need to make sure your wheels are that size.

This is a load range D tire with a capacity of 2,150 lbs (per tire) which is the highest available for this size.
