Question:
I have a 2012 open range 345 RLS and it has an LCI electronic leveling system and it is throwing error code LR Jack. Here is the best picture of the motor. Is this what I should replace?

The LR jack code means your left rear jack leg is not able to be controlled by the computer of the Ground Control 3.0 basically. This can be a hall signal issue (open ground/short, or other malfunction) or an unexpected high amperage current stall (meaning the battery stopped providing power for some reason).
You'll want to begin by checking the fuse on the control module # LC304136 for the left rear leg to ensure the fuse isn't blown. From there you'll want to trace the wiring back to the jack leg and look for any loose connections or damage to the wire. Test the voltage at the jack to ensure you're getting 12.75 volts. A lot of the issues with this system tend to fall back to a lack of voltage and as soon as the trailer is connected to shore power there's no longer an issue.
To clear the error on your keypad you can extend all jacks at least 6 inches and then press and hold the retract button until the jacks begin retracting. All of the jacks should fully retract and clear the error. If you can't get the jacks to extend with the keypad you can access the manual override on top with a 3/8" ratchet or from the bottom with a 5/16" socket and manually lower the legs.
