Replacement Lippert Hydraulic Jack with a 7-Hole Mounting Bracket

Question:

We have 2022 Tiffin Open Road 32SA motorhome. One of the front leveling jacks is leaking and needs to be replaced. I cannot find any part numbers on hydraulic jack, but it does have a Lippert sticker on it. The jack has 7 holes on each side. I see 8000 lb and 14000 lb jacks on etrailer that have 8 holes per side and some with 13 holes per side. Can I use the jacks with 8 holes per side as replacement for the jack that I have? Would I need to replace both front jacks just to make sure they are compatible and lift equally on each side?

We actually do have 1 Lippert hydraulic jack with a 7-hole mounting bracket.

- Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly for Lippert Level Up System # LC36VR

According to Lippert, the Replacement Hydraulic Jack Assembly for Lippert Level Up System # LC36VR is a universal fit for Level Up systems.

There should be no reason to have to replace both front jacks if it is the appropriate replacement jack. I would recommend reaching out to Tiffin with your vin number to see if they can provide you with the exact system that was put on your Open Road.
