For replacement tires I recommend upgrading to radial since they will have better performance and typically last longer. The Castle Rock ST185/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire # LHCK105 would make a great replacement. This tire has a maximum load of 1,710 lbs at 65 psi and a speed rating of L for 75 mph. It also comes with a 5-year warranty and complimentary roadside assistance for 2 years.
