How to Transport a Trike on a Platform Bike Rack
Question:
What rack doi need to carry my trike on the back of my minicoop clubman . I am 75 and travel do I need a lift. Thank!!

Expert Reply:
I have only one option to carry a trike on a hitch mounted bike rack. It is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack item # HLY84FR and the Trike Adapter item # HRTRK-ADP-2. This bike rack and adapter combo will allow you to transport a trike that weighs up to 80 lbs. It fits a 2" receiver and does not come with a lift.
I have attached a couple of pictures below that shows this set up being used along with the installation instructions so you can see how to get this system set up.
