Yes, we have the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C84BR for your 2023 Ford Maverick. This custom fit receiver requires no drilling to complete the installation. I do recommend also installing the 4-Way # TK53VR when you install the receiver. This connector will allow you to tow most small trailers and also use Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with any hitch mounted accessories that impair the view of your tail lights.
