Since you don't want to do an axle flip kit the only solution I have for lifting a standard round axle trailer is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR23QX you were looking at. This kit mounts to your spring hangers and moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" lifting your trailer's ride height up a corresponding amount.

If you have a torsion axle then depending on what number you have there may be lifting blocks. A torsion axle is a square axle with built in suspension. While we do not sell them we do offer a few lifting blocks that will get you anywhere from 1" - 3" of lift. If you have torsion axles I would just need a picture of the axle tag to see if we have anything that works for you. You can email this to me directly along with any additional questions you may have.
