Verifying if Kenda ST145R12 Wheel and Tire Combo part # AM31206HWTB Bolt Pattern is Correct

Question:

I am looking to purchase 3 of the wheels below today. I need help confirming they will fit on my 2018 Triton LT WCII dual PWC trailer that current has 5-Lug Loadstar Karrier S145R12 tires on it. I am not certain whether the rims are 4” or 4.5”. Kenda ST145R12 Radial Trailer Tire w/12 Aluminum HWT S5 Black Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR D AM31206HWTB

The 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern that the Kenda ST145R12 wheel and tire combo part # AM31206HWTB is by far the most common bolt pattern available. To verify this you can just measure from one bolt center to the bolt center of the one next to it. 2-5/8 inch is 5 on 4-1/2 inch.
