When you are towing your trailer with your 2007 Toyota RAV4, there are a few things to consider. You stated that the tongue weight is 345 lbs. Make sure you measure you trailer tongue weight when it is fully loaded with supplies, water, propane, equipment just as when you are towing, including anything that would be stored behind the rear axle of your RAV4. Since your trailer is more than 50 percent of your vehicle weight, weight distribution is recommended. I have included a helpful article that explains weight distribution and what is needed. It also explains how to calculate tongue weight.

The weight distribution system I recommend is the Curt Weight Distribution System with Shank, part # C17330. The trunnion bars measure 28-5/8 inches. As I show in the photo you submitted, you will need at least 28-5/8 inches from the center of your coupler to the angled frame of the trailer for clearance.

Since it looks like you may have limited space to mount the clamp-on hangers, I recommend the bolt-on hangers, part # C17005. These are a bolt-on installation and would be used in place of the clamp-on hangers included with the system.
