The Reese Semi-Custom Base Rail and Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP30035-023 are only designed to work with select Ram models up to 2013 and would not be a compatible fit for your 2021 Ram 1500 Big Horn. You would need a kit like the Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP56018-53 instead.

Reese lists the measurement from the tailgate end of the bed to the rail closest to the cab for both bed lengths as 50-1/4". The first rail, closest to the tailgate, would center 22" apart from the cab rail from center to the center of the rails.
