I'm not 100% sure what you need here but I will assume you're looking for a ball mount for a 2" hitch that either has a 3" rise or a 3" drop. If you need a 3" drop we have the Curt RockerBall Anti-Rattle Towing Kit # C63KR which has a 3" drop exactly or the TowSmart # TS64FR with a 3-1/4" drop which won't be an issue.
If you're looking for a 3" rise you can use the Curt # C45313. This doesn't come with a ball so you can use the # A-90 for a 2" ball or # 19286 for a 2-5/16" ball.
