I recommend using the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76023 on your 2023 GMC Acadia. This receiver fits behind the factory cutout in your rear bumper fascia hiding it when not needed.

You will need the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118276 along with a Mounting Bracket # PK12711U to attach to the tab welded on the receiver above. This will give you a 7-way connector which you can also use an Adapter # PK12716 to also connect to a trailer with 4-way flat connector.
