Will Bumper Trimming Be Required When Installing The Curt C23FR On A 2023 Ford Escape
Question:
Hello, I ordered A curt trailer hitch C23FR for my 2023 Ford escape. I am wondering if I will need to cut the bumper at all? I did a hitch on another car not too long ago and I had to cut the bumper and I straight up had a bad time.

No, you will not have to trim the bumper to install the Curt # C23FR on your 2023 Ford escape. This will be a fairly easy bolt on install. You may have to use a drill to enlarge a few of the holes in the frame in order to fit your fasteners, but it is nothing major. If you have done a hitch install before, it may take you an hour. I have linked our install video below if you want to take a look.
