Parts Needed To Tow a 5TH Wheel Trailer Behind a Short Bed Truck With Hidden Gooseneck Ball

I recently purchased a trailer with a 5th wheel hitch. I want to use it with my shortbed crew cab with hidden gooseball but the flat top on the gooseneck is close to the headboard. Saw your 10inch extender and that looks like a fix, what do I need to attach it to the 5th wheel pin?

I believe you are needing something like the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset # CAB-C5GX1216. This will attach to a 5th wheel pin box and allows you to connect to a gooseneck ball in your truck. The B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 you found is only for gooseneck trailers with a 4" tube.
