Motorhome Side Components for the Demco Air Force One Braking System in a 2007 Fleetwood Discovery
Question:
Hello, I am purchasing a towed vehicle that already has the Air Force One supplemental braking system installed. Im fairly certain that my coach does not contain the air line/tank components. Im assuming that I need the coach side kit SM99627 but I want to confirm that it is compatible with my coach. 2007 Fleetwood Discovery 40X on a Freightliner custom chassis. Can you confirm that this is the part that I need, and if not can you suggest the correct coach side part please. Thank you.

From what I could find on your 2007 Fleetwood Discovery, it has air brakes. That means the Demco Air Force One Supplemental Braking System will work for motorhome.
The Demco SBS Coach Air Kit for Air Force One Supplemental Braking System # SM99627 is a half system that provides the components for the motorhome side. So the # SM99627 is what you would need for your motorhome if the towed vehicle already has the components and it is compatible with your Discovery.
