I am looking for wheel studs for a 2020 keystone sprinter limited 3551fwmls 5th wheel. How would I find out which studs are for my trailer

In order to determine the correct wheel studs for your 2020 Keystone Sprinter 5th wheel, you will need to do some measuring to the nearest hundredth of an inch. The easiest way will be with a set of digital calipers like the # PTW80157.
I have included a photo that shows the measurements that you need to take in order to find the correct replacement wheel studs. You need to find A, B, C, D, E, and F as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, there is no sort of database to tell us this kind of information. So, measuring is the best and most accurate way.
