Can 39 Foot 5th Wheel Trailer Use Ultra-Fab Skid Wheels For Up To 30 Foot Long Motorhome
Question:
I have a 39 foot 2022 Keystone Cougar 364BHL. I am dragging the back of my camper pulling into some property we bought and broke my sewer hose storage tube on the back. Can I use this skid wheel to protect this part of my undercarriage or should I go to the larger 6 inch skid wheels? I am trying to avoid weld on if possible but if I need the larger wheels I will have to purchase the weld on.

I think your 39 foot 2022 Keystone Cougar 364BHL will be perfectly fine using the Ultra-Fab Rotating, Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels for RVs up to 30' Long - 4" Diameter # UF48-979014.
These skid wheels are generally for motorhomes, and the length is more of a guideline regarding weight. Your Keystone is just 14,000 lb GVWR, which is lighter than most Class A motorhomes. The rear also looks to be a loft area with the bed in front, and there isn't a ton of weight in the back so the # UF48-979014 will hold up just fine.
