The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11399 will fit your 2020 Audi A3. I recommend using the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH64ZR with Towing Kit # SH34ZR for your 2020 Audi A3 sedan. This has a removable 2" receiver for hitch mounted accessories as well as a 2" ball mount for towing a small trailer. It also includes wiring for a 4-way flat connector.
