What Do Wire Colors Mean On A 4 Flat And Are Wire Colors Universal?

My harness has brown yellow Green and whwhite my pop up has read brown black green how to connect them

If you are using the 4 wire like the # 16-4B-1 The functions would be as follows:
White Wire = Ground
Green Wire = Right Turn/Brake
Brown Wire = Running Lights
Yellow Wire = Left Turn/Brake
On your camper side I would assume the brown and green would be the same function as the 4 wire. That being said, wire color is not universal. You would need to go in with a wire probe like # PTW2993 to determine wire function for the wires on your pop up camper
