Does the SportRack Roof Rack part # SR1010 Come with Everything to Attach to a 2013 Honda Accord

Does the sr1010 have all parts included to mount this rack on my customers 2013 Honda Accord? Customer plans to car top a 7foot 8inch * 48inch wide dingy that weighs 90lbs. Kind thanks,

The SportRack roof rack part # SR1010 that you referenced comes with everything needed to install on your customers 2013 Honda Accord.
This rack has a capacity of 130 lbs which would be enough for the dingy your customer is planning on carrying, but they will need to consult the owners manual of the vehicle to determine what Honda recommends for the roof capacity and be sure not to exceed that figure as well.
