What Kind of Bolt Does the Universal Crossbar Adapter for LockRack Watersport Carrier Use?

Good morning, I am looking at these adapters #LR53FR and just inquiring on the size of the bolt, or hole that the bolt goes into. Thank you very much!

I spoke with LockRack and they said the bolt for the Universal Crossbar Adapter for Lockrack Watersport Carrier # LR53FR measures 1-3/8" long and takes a 3/16 or 5 mm hex key.
