How to Lift a 2005 Keystone Springdale 245RLLS

Question:

Hello. I have a 2005 keystone Springdale 245RLLS and I’m pulling with a 2009 f250 with a 4 inch lift. I’m looking for a way to raise my trailer so it doesn’t ride almost completely on the rear axle and tear off the rear jacks. The trailer is completely stock and original so replacing suspension components is in the cards. I have some fabrication skills so welding isn’t out of the question. Please give me some options on getting my fifth wheel back on the road. Thank you

I looked online and your 2005 Keystone Springdale 245RLLS already has the axles below the springs so that limits your options for aftermarket parts. The only option available is the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit item # RR23QX. This kit mounts to your spring hangers and moves the attachment point down 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" which raises the height of your trailer up a corresponding amount.

If I am wrong and your axle's are mounted above your leaf springs you can also use one of our axle flip kits. These work by moving your axle below your springs and give you a lift equivalent to your axles thickness.

2-3/8" Axle - Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit item # K71-384-00
