Yes, a 50" Thule Wingbar will be the perfect size for your 2023 Subaru Outback. A 53" bar would fit as well, you will just have slightly more overhang on each side. The 50 " bar # TH711320 is actually the number one size that we recommend for your vehicle. This will be the closest fit and have a nice flush factory look with minimal overhang. If you already have your crossbars, you will just need the Evo Raiser Rail Feet # TH710401. You are looking at a very easy install here. Just fit everything up and clamp it down with the included allen wrench tool.
