What Type of Hardware is Designed to Attach to Top Channels of Thule Caprock Platform Tray

Question:

What type of hardware do I need to attach items to the Caprock horizontal slats? I can see that there is a t-track on top of each of the horizontal slats. Im guessing I need a T-nut to fit down into the t-track and some type of hex bolt. Would appreciate a recommendation, as Thule has little info on their site.

The slots on top on top of the Thule Caprock Platform Tray part # TH38YE were designed to work with roof rack accessories that were designed to attach to the top channels of crossbars. The racks/carriers will come with their own t-bolts that will slip into the channel and you would not be required to fabricate anything supplying your own t-bolts.

For example the Thule Upride bike rack part # TH599000 comes with t-bolt hardware that can attach to the top channels of the Caprock.
