Bearings And Races For 2004 Trailstar Procraft Trailer
Question:
2004 Trailstar Procraft single axle trailer- Dexter EZ-Lube bearings Do you know which axle this is on this trailer I would guess the 3500lb? If I am right what bearings, races and seals do I need. There is no castle nut or cotter pin on my spindles but uses the Cage nut and D washer I believe.

There should be a label or a plate on the axle or on your trailer that should have the weight capacity listed. Since there can be many combinations of axles with hubs and bolt patterns, the best way to determine your axle weight capacity and which bearing are needed is by using the part numbers of the inner and outer bearings in the hub. I have attached a photo that shows you where you can locate the part number on your bearings. With this information we can give you a more accurate weight capacity for your axles.
If you cannot find the numbers on your bearings, you can take some measurements on your spindle. this would give you the dimension needed for bearings. I recommend using a precision instrument like digital calipers to take the measurements.
I have attached a link to the products page for our bearings and races. You can use the filter on the left and select the bearings and races that match either the numbers or the dimensions.
