The Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Rails and Universal Installation Kit # C16116 would fit in the bed of your 2015 Ram 2500 with a 6.5' bed, but you'd likely run into some turning clearance issues when trying to make sharp turns. We typically recommend a sliding hitch, like the # 16516, for bed lengths under 8' otherwise the nose of the trailer could come into contact with the cab of the truck.
Personally, I prefer the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3270 since B&W is top tier in quality and American made. If you don't already have base rails in place already then I also recommend picking the B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWRVK2602.
