How to Determine which Weight Distribution System Rating Should be Used for a Trailer
Question:
The rating on my current trailer is 599lbs hitch weight. Trailer weight is just under 5,000lbs. What weight rating for the fastway e2 should I purchase? 800lbs, 100lbs? I just dont know!

The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base if off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup. You should note that tongue weight also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle.
