Can the Surco Safari Roof Rack 5.0 Be Used on a 2020 Honda CR-V W/ OEM Rails?
Question:
Researching this product installation on a Honda CRV 2020 with factory installed cross oval/aero cross bars. I assume the basket can be mounted with the baskets cross bars perpendicular to the existing OEM cross bars, right? And if so, any recommended brackets for that/any way to do that? Thanks in advance.

You are correct, the rails on the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 Rooftop Cargo Basket # S5050 are meant to be installed horizontally across your roof which would make it perpendicular to the existing crossbars.
To attach the basket to your rails, you'll just need to use the clamp on adapter # SP1101.
