The # e98846 hitch you were looking at is designed to fit the 2019 Nissan Rogue. For the 2019 Nissan Rogue Sport you would need the # e79YR instead. This has the same capacity, bolt-on installation, and a 2" receiver. The only difference is the design to fit the Sport model.
If you plan on towing, you will also need wiring and a ball mount. The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56397 plugs into the connection points in your rear cargo area. This will provide you with a 4-way to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached some review and installation videos for your reference.
