Using Adjusters with Glacier Cable Chains on 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe
Question:
I have 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe with tire size 235/60R 18. The question is do I need rubber adjusters attached to the cables once the cables are installed and what size adjuster is need. I see the one for Ford escape but only adjusts for 12 to 16 inch wheels. Mine being 18 inch I am sure this will not fit.

Using the rubber adjusters with the # PW2029C Glacier Cable Snow Chains on your Santa Fe is not absolutely necessary, but I would highly recommend it. The adjusters will keep your chains in place and properly tensioned. For an 18 inch rim, you would use part # PW99, which is designed for 16-20 inch rims.
Before purchasing or installing tire chains, be sure to read your owners manual and abide by any prohibitions or restrictions mentioned there. I have linked you to some informational articles about tire chains that you might find helpful.
