Where can i buy plastic rivets for mud flap install ? the ones I got at dealer are to narrow.

As long as you have the factory add-on fender flares the WeatherTech Mud Flaps # WT110033 that you referenced should install utilizing the factory hardware.
There should be three rivets and three hex bolts in the fender well that will be used to install the mudflaps.
